Welcome to the Remedial Stretch Therapy Workshop at The Healing Room Academy.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between massage therapy, mobility work, and corrective bodywork. This workshop is designed to give practitioners the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to safely apply assisted stretching techniques to help improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Remedial Stretch Therapy focuses on identifying movement restrictions and applying targeted stretching techniques to restore healthy range of motion and support the body’s natural healing process.
